This was a full day tour to Byron Bay. Our tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable.
Everything mentioned was covered with enough time to look around the Byron Bay town centre. Note, admission to the Tropic fruit work park is not included only access to the gift and fruit store. I would certainly recommend the tour and it was done at a relaxed pace
Best outing we did! Didn't get tour guide's name on Sunday, March 8, but he was great. Stopped at Snappers Rocks. Just beautiful! Then lighthouse. And finally Byron Bay. We were able to rent beach chairs and an umbrella and enjoy the beach for a little while. Lunch at the Balcony was vey good. A little shopping then it was time to head back. Fruit World was at the end of the season but our guide helped us to sample some of the interesting fruits. More of just a pit stop. Overall great day!
This tour is great! Pick up and drop off was smooth. Byron Bay is stunning! After visiting the famous lighthouse, we were given 3 hours of free time in the small town. Subsequently we were brought to tropical fruitworld for some fruits. Although the time given for each location is not long, but is sufficient. Driver is friendly, introducing the attraction from point to point. He even share with us some of his experience during the tour. thumbs up! :
This was a great day trip. Our guide was very helpful and informative. Crystal Castle is well worth a visit, an amazing place.
Great day. Plenty of time to look around Byron and even go for a swim.
A more direct route from Springbrook to Byron would allow time at Byron to enjoy lunch and the atmosphere without being so rushed.
A good day trip from the Gold Coast (too far in my opinion from Brisbane). Shame we didn't have a little longer in Byron Bay. 2 hours isn't enough to have lunch and a good look round. My preference would be to cut out the Honey stop on the way down and Tropical Fruit world on the way back for more time in BB. But I guess the driver needs a break and the passengers a toilet stop in a fairly long journey
Not really interesting, there was not much to see. It would have been better if we had spent more time in the Tropical Fruit World. Moreover, the driver/guide was terrible. The worst tour guide I've ever met - unfriendly and very quite.
Guide was not as friendly. Too much time spent at Byron Bay and not enough at the Honey Factory and Tropical Fruit World. I felt rushed at both places and bored in Byron Bay once you went through the shops etc, even sitting on the beach! Also too much time spent picking people up on the way. Perhaps a central location for pickup would be good.
