Spend the day at beautiful Fraser Island on a 4WD eco tour. You'll travel north from Brisbane to Rainbow Beach, then see all the famous attractions on World Heritage–listed Fraser Island, the largest sand island in the world.
After driving past pineapple plantations, pine forests and the majestic Glass House Mountains, you'll pick up your 4WD tour at Rainbow Beach. When you arrive on Fraser Island, southern Queensland's most impressive and best known attraction, you'll be awed by the endless stretches of white-sand beach, cliffs of multicolored sand, pristine freshwater lakes, wildflower heathlands, towering rainforest and mighty sand dunes.
While on Fraser Island you'll visit the Central Station Museum, Lakes McKenzie or Birrabeen, and enjoy lunch at the Eurong Beach Resort. You may even spot one of the island’s famous dingos – they’re the purest specimens of this native Australian dog, and shouldn’t be approached.
