Location point to meet driver was not given correctly. I wasted nearly an hour standing in the wrong place.

The only use I made of these services was the mini-bus from the airport to my destination on the Gold Coast. The driver was at the airport with a sign but the man himself left a lot to be desired. He was fairly shabby in his appearance and quite uncouth, although he obviously thought he was very funny like, 'Lets light a match and fart on out of here'! I am not a prude, but I did think the whole thing was rather unpleasant, especially as the other passengers were an elderly couple.

The driver was there outside the Customs area as agreed but he did not seem to be very organized on who he was suppose to pick up and where he was taking them. He had our details correct, but we spent quite a time waiting on the bus. Overall, the service was ok, but I am not sure whether I would use it again.

Driver was not there to meet the flight, running late. International passengers had been waiting 1 hour prior to my arrival on Saturday evening on a domestic flight from Sydney. Took 2 hours to get to Runaway Bay. I think for 29 they should provide better service and what about communication to the passengers. Needless to say I took the local transport back to the airport from Runaway Bay and it took only 1.5 hours and cost was 5.60, Bus 760 or 765 with friendly drivers who were obliging and informative. Shuttle takes you into the airport from the highway stop.

Gold Coast transfers where horrible to say the least. Our driver was late and managed to get lost. The trip to the hotel was slow and by the time I reached it I was late for a dinner appointment with my partner who had already arrived. I was very disappointed.
