The transfers are operated 24 hours per day to coincide with your departure flight details. You will be greeted by a driver wearing a distinctive gold uniform, who will be ready to take you from your Gold Coast accommodation, to the Gold Coast Airport to meet either your Domestic or International flight.
Ten and twelve seater mini-coaches are predominately utilized to minimize passenger time in transit and all flights are met on a pre-booked basis. Coaches are equipped with air-conditioning and GPS (Global Positioning System). The installation of GPS provides efficient fleet management and peace of mind to passengers.

- Zone 4 - Hotels or Homes in Runaway Bay, Paradise Point, Worongary, Nerang, Hollywell, Coombabah, Arundel, Parkwood and Biggera Waters

What is the maximum number of bags I can take?
Luggage is limited to 2 suitcases per person. Excess baggage will only be carried at the discretion of Con-X-ion and may be subject to an additional charge. If you are traveling with surfboards/oversize baggage and excess luggage you are required to advise this at the time of booking. PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS MUST BE MADE.
Where do you carry our luggage?
The mini coaches have a trailer attached. The maxi coaches have luggage bins.
Do you have baby capsules?
No. We do not provide baby capsules.
Do all your coaches have seatbelts?
No. Some of the coaches are equipped with seat belts and some are not.
Do we have to book?
Yes. We appreciate 48 hours notice when booking transfers to the airport. The Drivers' manifests are compiled the day prior and adequate notice enables more efficiency. If you have a late booking do not hesitate to ring as we will try to accommodate you with an existing run.
Why do you want our flight details?
Flight details (including which airline, arrival time) assist us in prompt pick up times.
Why do the Drivers ask for our details when we have already given the return details with the booking?
It is a policy of the Company and a cross check to reduce the risks of error.
Can I take my Surfboard?
Yes, provided it is 6' or less. As most of our airport transfers are in a mini coach with a trailer we can carry up to 6' (1830mm).
