It is located on Sea World Drive at Main Beach just three kilometers north of Surfers Paradise. Simply present the confirmation voucher at the Sea World ticket booth to gain entry. By pre-purchasing your ticket online, you can avoid the admission lines by using the "prepaid ticket only" gate.

Departure Time:

Sea World's show times are designed to give you maximum opportunity to see as many shows and attractions as you would like. Upon arrival to the ticket booths at Sea World you will be issued with a park map with show times for the particular day of your visit. Open at 10:00am and close at 5:00pm. The gates closes at 5:30pm.


The park opens at 1:30pm on ANZAC Day, Australia's National Day of Remembrance on 25 April, and closes at 6:30pm.

Hotel Pickup:

No hotel pick up is provided. You must make your own way to Sea World. If you don't have a car, there are plenty of transport options available to get to Wet 'n' Wild Water World that you can book separately to this entrance tickets.

Arriving by Car?
From Surfers Paradise, take the Gold Coast Highway north and follow the signs. From Southport, cross the Southport Bridge, turn left and follow the signs. From the Pacific Motorway, take the Smith St exit and follow the signs. There are plenty of free car parking spaces available at Sea World's front entrance. Reserved parking is also available for disabled guests adjacent to the main gate.

What services are available for disabled persons and others with special needs?
Sea World offers disabled parking and a wheelchair hire service. Wheelchair access is available to a number of rides and attractions. Disabled rates are available upon application at the ticket booths only. A carer accompanying a disabled guest for the sole purpose of assisting that disabled guest will be admitted free of charge providing a current valid "Carer's Card" (or similar) issued by relevant State or Commonwealth authorities is produced.
