Tour guide was very informative, though there were five different nationalities and all information was given in all languages, by the end of the day all you wished for was a bit of silence.

Quite disappointing - the trip was long with not enough stop offs. Considering we were going to some of the most interesting places on the island, it was a real let down. At the restaurant we were taken for lunch, the food was dreadful and staff was rude and abrupt. The restaurant did overlook some beautiful scenery which made up for lack of service. We were the only English people on the tour and it was obviously more geared towards the Germans. I have been on Viator tours before which were reasonably priced and had a great time. However I would not recommend this tour it was boring and costed a lot of money.

The booking process was very smooth. Also when I had to recall for confirmation the bus was on time to pick me up. Lunch was tasty, in a lovely restaurant. Unfortunately too long and strenuous, fewer kilometres would have been better. Make sure you get some pills before going otherwise you'll get sick because of curves. Too much time spent in shops, we didn't visit only the embroidery shop which is in the description of the tour, but also TWO more shops where we spent a lot of time. The guide was enthusiastic just during shopping stops, explaining how good their products were! Otherwise the explanation was quite dull and it was very uncomfortable when he repeatedly spoke about fires and accidents when you suffer a bit from vertigo and you feel sick for curves. It's not a comfortable situation.
To sum up, the places I visited in this excursion are great but due to the organisation of the tour and to the guide when I was there I mostly looked forward its end.
Way too long, stuck on coach all day. Coach turned up at different pick-up point than we were told and then the guide complained and told us that they always pick up from there, as if we should have known.
