We had a wonderful visit. The guide was very VERY good. We were picked up from our hotel in the centre of Granada and taken to Alhambra--no parking problems, and returned at the end. We would highly recommend Viator.

We were very impressed with Viator - we were met by our guide right on time and had an excellent tour. Thank you for making this an uncomplicated experience. The Alhambra was spectacular.

The whole experience was excellent, from being picked up at the hotel to being met by the very informative guide to go around the trip and then being returned to the hotel. I would fully recommend this trip.

The tour of La Alhambra was excellent. The tour guide spoke extremely good English and was very knowledgeable about La Alhambra. He was happy to chat and answer questions as we went along. The morning tour is better if you are going in August as it is not so hot. There are buses down to the city which cost less that 2 Euros per person. Car parking from 9am to about 4pm cost about 14 Euros. The arrangements were simple and we were met at the car park entrance as arranged. We drove in from the south on the A44 and took the Ronda Sur A395. Keep to the left once you come from the tunnel to the next roundabout and follow the signs for La Alhambra up the hill. Car Park 1 is the furthest once you have gone through the car park barrier.

We used Viator in April for tours in Rome and both were excellent, well-organised and started as scheduled. We had a great time at the Alhambra; however, the instructions for finding the Viator agents were too vague. They should have made themselves more obvious. Secondly, the tour started approximately 40 minutes late, and we were there half an hour before, as requested by Viator, so there was a lot of waiting around in the intense heat.

Although the tour was exhausting because of the July heat, we were moved by the beauty of the place and the history. The tour guide was excellent. It was an amazing visit that we will remember and talk about all our lives. It is paradise.

Fabulous experience! Our guide was the best, patient and knowledgeable, giving his group ample time for each stop of this 3 hour tour. We were late arriving yet were accommodated graciously by everyone we encountered. Next time we'll read our ticket more carefully!

The Alhambra was a wonderful experience! It was a hot day but most enjoyable. Our guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. A guided tour is highly recommended because one receives a lot of extra information. The Alhambra should not be missed if one travels through Granada!!

Was fantastic. Almost impossible to get a ticket to the Alhambra as an individual. Very good and knowledgeable guide. Despite ticket saying they would pick up from accommodation they didn't but was convenient meeting place.

Well organized and so easy for us. Our guide was excellent and pleasant! We were given plenty of time to take photos and lots of pointers for other things to do in the city.

The tour guide was excellent, although my friend who needs a wooden stick was rushed at the end of the tour because the coach was in a hurry to go back to town.
