Our guide had a very good knowledge of history. It was a fantastic palace and it was great to learn many things while you walk around with the guide.

I enjoyed spending my time at the Alhambra and not in the line up.

Very long tour, and the bus was late, making it even longer. Pickup time was quite inaccurate, and there was a long delay in the tour starting once we got there. Otherwise, brilliant - worth the cost.

We were particularly pleased with the response to our late arrival, car trouble! As soon as we contacted the office arrangements were made to drive us to meet a later tour party. What could have been a stressful disappointment was no problem at all. Thank you!

Guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and able to keep a pretty wide-ranging group together. Pace was good for everybody including older people and young families with strollers. There were plenty of photo opportunities.

Leader was well informed. She had to speak in Spanish and English. Although this took time, there is no way around this.

After booking, we were a little apprehensive, but the email reminder to print the voucher eased our minds. On the day of the tour, we met up with the guide, who spoke good English and was really friendly. From then on, we divided into groups speaking different languages and our English speaking guide was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. I would have just liked a little more time so that the photos were not rushed. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable.

We met our tour in Granada's old town. I'm glad we checked the address the day before, because, as usual, we got lost. The meeting time was 9:30 a.m. but the van did not come until around 10:30 a.m. I'm wondering if this is just Spanish culture. Anyway, the details of the tour stated that the tour operator would pick us up at our hotel, but this did not happen. It's just as well. Once we met the tour, I have to say it was well worth it. We had a fabulous tour of the Alhambra. Our group was small and our tour guide was very detail oriented, very passionate, and extremely nice. He was full of information. I am glad we did the tour. It was well worth it. Viator does a great job.

The tour guide was informative. She highlighted items & kept the tour well paced. Plenty of time for photos & enjoying as well as moving to the next area before the group became disinterested and/or tired.

Completed the tour with my 79-year-old mother-in-law. Pace was good. Our guide was very informative and helpful. Bus picked us up as scheduled, and we were able to walk back to the main square of Granada after the tour.

Very good tour. Our guide did an excellent job of describing what we were seeing and how the people lived. You are given a ticket when you go in that is scanned as you enter certain sections of the building. Once this is scanned you can't go back in to roam around. We would have liked to have seen the views from some of the vantage points we did not get near on the tour. But the views are fantastic from anywhere.
