Absolutely loved it

Our guide had a very good knowledge of history. It was a fantastic palace and it was great to learn many things while you walk around with the guide.

I was glad that I booked to do this tour with Viator as it was extremely well organised. It is a long tour but there is a lot of ground to cover. I particularly loved the Summer Palace and the walk up there on a beautiful day in October. Our guide was very interesting and informative though we did feel that her English was not as clear as it might have been. It was fortunate that I speak French and could have the commentary repeated in French if necessary. In spite of that, I would definitely recommend your organisation to friends for a guide to The Alhambra.

We found the tour to be very good. Our guide was excellent, clear English, informative and witty. If it had been possible, we would have gone back the following day and did the audio tour, because there's so much to see. But for a good overview, Viator is great value.

We really enjoyed the tour. Our guide was an energetic gentleman with a breadth of historical knowledge, a fine sense of humor and an educated command of English. We are so glad we booked the tour in advance because many who tried to buy tickets on-site were told that the Alhambra was sold out for several days. The local operator is well respected, and their bus pickup service from various main hotels worked well. You will need to call about a day in advance to confirm and find out the nearest pickup point.

Our tour of the Alhambra was most enjoyable, and our guide was very knowledgeable. He presented the info in a lighthearted way so that it didn't seem like a history lesson.

The tour worked out well, and it was definitely a better option than trying to get tickets there.

From hotel pickup to return, a very well organized & comprehensive tour of a special place. Umbrellas for the unexpected rain would have been a nice touch.

Not having booked with Viator before, we were obviously concerned that all would work out well as we made these arrangements a while ago. However, after confirming our booking as requested, we felt confident that all would be well, and this was not misplaced. The guide was very knowledgeable and it was a very well organised and enjoyable tour.

We were picked up by open top bus from our hotel and brought through the busy streets of Granada to the Alhambra. Our guide was very knowledgeable and informative throughout the tour. The Alhambra is a great experience but did not have the WOW factor that I expected. The tour lasted from 10:30 to 13:30 with access to the main palace at 12:30. The tour operators are very professional and well organised, and we were delivered back to our hotel. It costs a bit more but well worth it.

I enjoyed spending my time at the Alhambra and not in the line up.

Very long tour, and the bus was late, making it even longer. Pickup time was quite inaccurate, and there was a long delay in the tour starting once we got there. Otherwise, brilliant - worth the cost.

We were particularly pleased with the response to our late arrival, car trouble! As soon as we contacted the office arrangements were made to drive us to meet a later tour party. What could have been a stressful disappointment was no problem at all. Thank you!

Guide was excellent, knowledgeable, and able to keep a pretty wide-ranging group together. Pace was good for everybody including older people and young families with strollers. There were plenty of photo opportunities.
