Our superb guide, who had good people skills as well as a great knowledge and passion for the Alhambra, not only made the tour extremely informative, but was very helpful in directing us to restaurants around the area.

Do not be put off by the crowds. It is truly worth experiencing. Take time to spend in the Generalife Gardens. They are equally worthy of appreciation.

Everything was nicely organised and the whole tour was a great experience. Pick up at hotel took place at scheduled time. We received good practical information. The guide was very professional, kind and lively. After the tour transport back to the hotel went smoothly as well.

As an architect, the Alhambra was a must-see site, and it lived up to my expectations. I would normally have just paid the standard admission fee and done a self-guided tour. But the extra expense for the guided tour through Viator was well worth it for the once-in-a-lifetime experience. I particularly liked the simplicity of the logistics and the tour guide's knowledge and delivery.

We had to travel 6 hours by train from Madrid to get there and then 4 hours to Seville. We only went to Granada for this and it was worth every minute. I can't imagine seeing it without a tour guide keeping us on pace and giving us so much history.

The tour guide for Alhambra was excellent. His insight into the history of the region and the details of the Alhambra were exceptional, and the tour was one of the most educational that I have taken in quite some time. In addition, the tour staff were highly professional.

After booking, we were a little apprehensive, but the email reminder to print the voucher eased our minds. On the day of the tour, we met up with the guide, who spoke good English and was really friendly. From then on, we divided into groups speaking different languages and our English speaking guide was very knowledgeable and easy to listen to. I would have just liked a little more time so that the photos were not rushed. Otherwise, it was very enjoyable.

We met our tour in Granada's old town. I'm glad we checked the address the day before, because, as usual, we got lost. The meeting time was 9:30 a.m. but the van did not come until around 10:30 a.m. I'm wondering if this is just Spanish culture. Anyway, the details of the tour stated that the tour operator would pick us up at our hotel, but this did not happen. It's just as well. Once we met the tour, I have to say it was well worth it. We had a fabulous tour of the Alhambra. Our group was small and our tour guide was very detail oriented, very passionate, and extremely nice. He was full of information. I am glad we did the tour. It was well worth it. Viator does a great job.
