very good
Not so good - we were not picked up at the airport as paid for and scheduled. I called the company, and they said they had a problem with their vehicle. Did they have only one? I ended up getting a taxi. The company did return our payment by stopping by our hotel. That was greatly appreciated. This was the first time I had ever contracted a private transfer, and it was a disappointing experience.
