The palace is stunning and the views across Grenada fabulous. The crowds thin fairly rapidly once inside and Lion Court by moonlight was amazing.
Less good - the GPS device only occasionally worked and was frustrating so we gave up.
The tour office where I needed to pick up the tickets and device had a different address to the one on the information sheet provided.

The office were closed when we arrived Granada for the night tour but the emergency hotline told us where to collect the tickets from, which was a huge relief. However we did not get the GPS audio guide, just the tickets and the time to enter the palace.
The night tour provides a different insights to the Palace compared to the day because it was built at night. If you have to do it once, I would recommend seeing it at night. It is harder to photo shoot at night but the palace illumination is breathtaking. In the day, you can photo easily but it is crowded with people. Overall, the Alhambra is one ancient megastructure to see if you come to Spain.
Firstly the office to pick up the tickets is not easy to find. We arrived at 8.00am as instructed only to be told to come back at 10.00am. We were told to go to the main entrance only on arrival told that was the wrong entrance and we had to walk 10 mins to the right place, then there was a queue and by this time we had used up 25 mins of our time in the Alhambra. The audio guide would not switch on, however we enjoyed our visit but would have been better without the hassle.

The joining instructions were incorrect.
The headsets didn't work. Prior to the tour we were asked to sign a form stating that everything was in working order and also waving any right to complaint, surely illegal?
it took longer than the 5 days to answer my original email. Now Viator has referred it back to the tour operator in Granada who will naturally deny any problem.
Very POOR customer service from Viator.
Totally Disappointed! We picked up our gps devices and were guided in detail as to how to operate them but unfortunately when we went inside the Nasrid palaces all our 4 devices started giving us errors! We had no guides and were utterly lost!! It was the most disastrous experience!!
