We had a great time on this tour. Thank GOD we decided to do a guided tour, because there is a LOT to get through and it was great to have a guide to give us all the backstory, and also keep us moving at a steady pace or we would be in there forever trying to get through it ourselves.
Alberto was our guide, and his English was wonderful, and was very knowledgable about every aspect of the palace. The 'side tales' and 'legends' were the best. Great tour--this ticket is a rock solid pick!
I think this was well worth the money. We were picked up by taxi from hotel and returned after the tour by minibus. The organisation at the Alhambra car park was hectic but we soon were in a small group of 15 with an excellent guide Enrique. His enthusiasm for the site and knowledge of his subject was first rate. He was considerate and provided loo and drinks breaks. He also suggested other sites in the city to visit and gave bus information for convenience. All in all an unforgettable morning.
The tour was well organized! Speakers of various languages were provided a guide who spoke their language -- we were provided and fluent English speaking guide which made our tour excellent. Our guide was very knowledgeable and shared historical facts throughout our tour. The 'pace' of the tour was perfect - not fast and not slow. We thoroughly enjoyed our adventure to the Alhambra. We were picked up at our hotel and because we were with a group -- the long lines at the Alhambra were avoided. Fantastic tour and well worth it!!
The tour guide was excellent, he had a lot of initiative and a beatiful bubbly personality. I enjoyed the ALHAMBRA TOUR VERY MUCH.
Everything was as we wanted and much more. Really great experience.

The tour was very informative and our guide, Antonio was excellent, passionate and very knowledgeable. There is a lot to see so be prepared for an onslaught of information. There was time afterwards to walk around in the garden or walk across to the other hill for a view of Alhambra.

It was a huge pity that the weather turned bad and it rained and was cold during the tour. However, Antonio, our guide made up for this with good humour and his care that we enjoyed ourselves. The Alhambra was the high spot of our three weeks in Andalucia and it was important to us that we had a good tour experience. He fulfilled this and for that we are very grateful. He was well informed and so kind and courteous. At the beginning of the tour we had our doubts because of the large number in the group (30 English speakers) but there was no problem because we had earphones so that we could hear Antonio very clearly all the time. Rather than struggle with a guide book or an audioguide, book a tour with Viator. Will be using them again
Our tour of the Alhambra Palace was first class. The group size worked really well, the guide was considerate and very knowledgeable and the headphone system was excellent - not only gave excellent sound but kept me with our group as the sound broke up if I strayed too far away from the guide. The bonus of pick up and delivery back to our hotel was really appreciated. I highly recommend this tour.

The Alhambra Palace and Generalife Gardens tour was excellent was value for money. We were picked from our hotel on time. The bus was very comfortable. Our guide Fernando was very knowledgeable and also very enthusiastic which enhanced the trip.

The whole organization of the tour handling approximately 50 people with multiple languages were done very professionally. The whole experience was highly educational and fruitful. Our guide Antonio was so polite, passionate and detailed. He is one of the most articulate guide among my other tours. I highly recommend taking this tour rather than a self-exploratory tour in the Alhambra. Definitely worth every cent spent!
Truly an amazing place, with beautiful grounds. I was picked up at my hotel timely and met up with the other travelers and off we went to this very unique place, none other like it!!!!!!!!!!
La Alhambra is such a busy place you have to have a tour. The lines are long for tickets. Our tour guide, Luis, spoke decent English, although every once in a while he would pronounce a word funny and we would have to figure out what he was saying. I didn't realize we would be wearing headphones just to hear our guide, but there are so many people, with guides in so many languages, you have to have them. That was a problem for one man in our group with hearing aides, so he got nothing out of the tour. There is a lot of walking on uneven ground and stair-climbing, so keep that in mind too. Our family was fine, but others struggled to keep up on the long tour. Our guide would answer his personal cell phone from time to time - not very professional. He was very knowledgeable about La Alhambra and we did enjoy the attraction very much. The people that picked us up and dropped us off at our hotel were nice and offered suggestions of other things to do in Granada.
