• This tour must be booked at least 48 hours in advance of your travel date
• Confirmation for this tour will be received at time of booking, unless booked within 10 days of travel. In this case confirmation will be received within 48 hours, subject to availability
• Actual flight time is 45 minutes. Return ground transportation is approximately 2.5 hours. Total tour time (door-to-door) is 8 hours
• Due to comfort and weight/balance of the aircraft, passengers weighing over 250 pounds (113.5kg) will be required to purchase an additional seat at half price. This is payable directly to the tour operator on the day of the tour. Weights will be confirmed by digital scale at check-in.

• At time of booking you MUST supply all passenger weights

• This tour requires a minimum number of 4 passengers to operate. There is a possibility that the tour may be canceled after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be provided the option to take the tour on an alternative date or be refunded in full.
