From the moment of pick up at the hotel, to the drop off back at the hotel, we were looked after superbly. We would recommend this company to everyone - and already have started! The pilot was very informative and the ground staff were so professional - thanks for a memorable experience!

Pick up was a little late, but other than that the trip was perfect! No long waits, good service and a friendly and competent pilot! The views are a memory for a life time!

The trip to the Grand Canyon was fantastic. The pilot was great in explaining our trip. This was our first trip to Las Vegas and the Grand Canyon and it will be one that we will never forget.

Perhaps you should advise passengers to take motion sickness tablets if they are prone to getting sick. We had a young girl on our trip who was very excited to start with but got a little sick on the way, luckily nothing came of the feeling but it dampened her day.

Absolutely amazing experience, a must do when you go to Las Vegas. Don't buy the DVD as it isn't of you on the flight.

An excellent trip and a great pilot. This is the only way to see the Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, Lake Mead and Las Vegas. As others have said, don't buy the video, take your own. And expect to tip, but can't complain about that. Would recommend this to anyone.
