If you are newly arrived to Hanoi, Vietnam, we recommend this arrival transfer as it saves you having to sort a taxi and worry about the currency conversion etc. The car was clean and well maintained.

Excellant service, Mai(?) was waiting at airport when we left customs and we had a quick and comfortable transfer to our hotel.
There when we arrived. Efficient and friendly and only way to get to the hotel after a flight.
Taxi was waiting as promised and took us to our hotel, a good service which I will use again.
Hanoi airport is not the clearest place to navigate, so having pre-arranged transport into Hanoi was excellent. We were met on time, with polite and well informed staff, good clean air-conditioned vehicle. Highly recommended.
A great feeling , having a driver waiting for me at the airport. If I have one criticism, it was that my driver did have a few problems regarding the language barrier. However, we were able to work through it.
