We booked a taxi online with viator from the Airport to the Intercontinental Hotel. They were excellent. Great booking service. The Driver was waiting for us with our welcome board with name on as we walked out of arrivals.

It's always great to be met at the airport without all the hassle of getting transport. It was easy to spot our pick up service and we only had a very short wait before the car came for us. A transfer guide was with us all the time till we got to the hotel. We also arranged a day trip to Halong Bay on out way to the hotel in Hanoi which was great!

Transfer was perfect; it took all the hassle out of trying to negotiate my way to my hotel after a 12 hour flight. The driver was waiting in arrivals for me, despite a lengthy hold up to collect my bag, and dropped me straight to the hotel door. Would definitely use again!

If you are newly arrived to Hanoi, Vietnam, we recommend this arrival transfer as it saves you having to sort a taxi and worry about the currency conversion etc. The car was clean and well maintained.
