A great service which I would use again. Buffalo Tours sent message to hotel, so there was never a need to reconfirm and ask about pick up time. Drivers were great and always were on time getting us to where we had to go.

It was well worth arranging transfers between Hanoi airport and our hotel. The service was on time, clean, polite with no problems. Highly recommended.

Most definatly the way to go, we payed about $18. for our transfer to our Hotel, while at the airport some taxi operaters were offering the trip for about $60-$80, a lot les hassle, book this way.
