The taxi was late and when one was sent it was not a taxi van as ordered, so we had another wait! We did get to the airport on time though!!

I confirmed my departure as required, and on the day the transport did not arrive. The hotel rang and asked where it was, and they were told that there was no booking for us. The problem was finally fixed, but the time lapse was well over an hour, and this made it very urgent to get to the airport to catch our flight. I was not happy at all and would not use this service again for this departure.
