Great evening! I didn't have any issues finding the dock with a taxi. I think having the exact address was helpful in that, so you will want that if you want to avoid the costs of having the transfer from Viator. I was traveling alone and when I was seated, I was placed at a private table. Could be a lonely night. Luckily, I made some friends when boarding at the staff was able to put us together at a table when we asked. The food was great and it was a very pleasant evening!
Prompt pick up from hotel. Good idea to be picked up as quite difficult to find the wharf. Boat was full so was a bit of a fight to get to the buffet, but was a good experience
Good and interesting tour. Drinks on board expensive though!!
Would defenitly do this cruise again. The food was fantastic and the entertainment was also very good. It was a nice surprise to get a free massage along the way which was much appreciated. Our waitress was very friendly and could not be more helpful. We had a great time! I would definetly recommend paying for the pickup service as well, we were taken straight to the boat and there was no confusion. After reading other reviews from people who didn't include this sevice and the confusion they experienced we felt it was worth paying for.
Excellent trip. Need to ensure that transport is booked to and from hotel. The only problem was the boat pick up point was different than what was written on our confirmation letter.
The cruise was great when we eventually got on the boat. Instructions on voucher were incorrect and confusing. We selected Cruise Only-No transfers because we felt that that the cost was too much to pay for transfers. Taxi driver dropped us off at Majestic Hotel opposite several large cruise boats but we discovered our cruise was further around across a large bridge. Building site rubble on edge of bridge covered a small path and we had to navigate crossing the bridge in very heavy traffic. A very stressful time because we thought we were running late. Assistance provided to us at end of night by cruise staff to catch taxi back to our hotel was much appreciated.
Note from Viator: Thanks for the note, and apologies you had problems finding the cruise. We've reviewed and updated all of our directions based on your feedbacks, to clarify exactly where to go. We want to make sure this does not happen again. Thanks again.
Great entertainment, a good variety of food and really impeccable service make this a must do when in Saigon.
A great way to relax and unwind, food was great and the service was fantastic. Entertainment was absolutely fabulous.
Really enjoyed the evening on board and the entertainment was good.
This cruise offers a nice view of the City at night. We were seated quickly and offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. The actual dinner was a buffet and the standard pretty ordinary. As we were seated at the front of the boat, the view of the entertainment was obstructed by the buffet tables other seated guests.
Food wasn't really good, entertainment was good, surroundings/views are average due to it is more like a cargo vessel pathway/terminal. it is ok, if you would like another boat ride+food or be at somewhere out of the hustle bustle HCMC *honks*. =)

overall, the ambience was nice, entertainment was excellent with marvellous singers, etc.
the service was good too. the only complaint is
the buffet. not many choices to choose from especially the main dishes like meat. too much salads. also, there were no drinks like water, juices, tea and coffee provided. is normal to provide beverages for any buffet. for the price we paid, we would expect some sort of beverages to be included.
This was a nice way to spend the evening but not an incredibly impressive adventure. The food was okay and the entertainment was fun. However there's just not a lot to see along the Saigon River, no beautiful lights or buildings. It was like cruising in the dark.
