What can I say? I was met by a staff member after I exited customs. Taken to a waiting point from where I was promptly picked up in a nice vehicle and safely deposited at my hotel. That's what I wanted, that's what I got!

Agent waiting at the airport for our arrival with name board and took us to the transfer vehicle.
Bottled water, maps and things to do books available for reading / taking on the vehicle.
Made the transfer from airport to the hotel very easy.

we were very happy with the pick up from the Ho chi Minh airport..we saw the sign with our name on it as soon as we came through customs..saved all the hassel and being hasseled! would definately recommend this company. Thank you

It was very good. My flight was delayed but my transport was still there. The person had my name on his placard which was easy top identify. He was very pleasant, quick to get the car and sent me top the hotel safely and well. I was very happy and satisfied. Would recommend it to all if you want a quick exit from the airport.

Great service. The representative was at the arrivals area with our names printed clearly on his notice board. Our baggage was loaded into the car by the driver. The car clean and air conditioned. The driver was highly skilled, a vital element in a city with such chaotic traffic. The transfer was quick and efficient.
