Airport transfer is definitely the way to go. The traffic is so overwhelming and we felt safe in the minivan that picked us up.

We arrived late in the evening and was pleased to see our guide with our names on a board waiting to take us to our hotel. This is a must do when arriving in a new city. Job well done!

We were met at the airport by a smart man holding a board with our name on. We arrived New Year's Eve and it was bedlam outside the airport when we arrived and we don't know what we would have done if we had not booked this transfer.

Not knowing where to go and never having been to Vietnam before it was great to get to the airport and find someone with your name on a card to pick you up and take you to hotel. The car was nice and big and air-conditioned and the staff friendly and on time for both pickups.

I was able to reach to the hotel with no problem. Excellent and great service. One downside is the price. Most of the services at Viator tend to be overpriced compared to others. It's all about "you get what you paid for".

With 2 kids who had never travelled plus the tiredness from the long plne trip and the extreme humidity and general confusion at airport on arrival - it was well worth the extra money.
