I redeem the Australia Sightseeing Pass at Federation Square(Finders St) at Melbourne and booked 4 full days tour. The bus guides are helpful and professional. They have indepth knowledge of Melbourne City. I enjoyed savings of 20-30% by redeeming Australia Sightseeing Pass.

This is a real value. We redeemed our voucher in Melbourne and booked a Dandenongs tour, and a Sunlover's Great Barrier Reef tour for Cairns. In Cairns we booked a Kurando tour over the phone as there aren't any offices there.

The tour was fun from the first minute. Our guide was charming and very knowledgeable. The group was small and we really got to see "the works" of the Opera House. The breakfast was tasty and it was delightful to eat in the unusual ambiance.

I was able to redeem it easily at the local agent desk. The address given for the local agent was wrong, it was a good thing that I called the local agent before going there so I knew the right place to go.

Note from Viator: Apologies for the faulty information. We have now recofirmed and updated the address. Rest assured this problem will not happen again. Thanks for flagging it to us.

Great value for money. Only one problem, the tour operator's office in Adelaide is not where we were told it was. We searched for it!!! It is now in the bus station. Everything was perfect, but not to be missed is the tram meal in Melbourne and the 360 tower in Sydney - food excellent for both!!

By and large a good way to book trips however
when we tried to find the Darling Harbour Gray
Line office we discovered that it no longer existed. We had to contact the Melbourne office, however they sorted out our bookings for
us. We did however have a problem with the Sunshine Coast and Noosa excursion as when we reported for the trip we were advised that Noosa was no longer on the agenda, most disappointing!!
