The boat trip was amazing. Beautiful Coastal scenery and we saw so many dolphins and sea lions!! Port Arthur was more sedate, however interesting, informative and worth a visit. The coach driver, skipper and tour guide at Port Arthur were professional, friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable.
Pennicott Wilderness provided a great tour if you like the boat rides, sea cliffs and wildlife. The guides on the boat were very knowledgable about the wildlife we saw.
absolutely one of the highlights of our trip. . Amazing scenery - you just can't achieve this from the road. . Commentary - so informative. . a tip - if you are interested, do the Wineglass bay cruise prior to this cruise. . and yes - the ginger tablets do help . . It's pure adventure. . spectacular rock formations. . wildlife - we had about 30 dolphins diving around us - manoeuvring their way alongside, under and other side of the boat. . Can't possibly recommend this cruise. . - absolutely remarkable. . Thank you, Yellow Boats and Viator. . amazing. . Don't miss it. . .
Fantastic tour of the peninsula with a lovely morning tea and lunch included. The options for the afternoon were great as well. But a warning about the "cruise" - it's a speed boat on open water so sea sickness is highly likely but the crew offered ginger tablets to anyone who wanted them. Highly recommend this tour!
We really enjoyed it, learned a lot and had fun. Our guides were very good.
Great cruise, the guides were great extremely informative, we seen dolphins, seals and even killer whales the crew with the yellow boats were just the best thank you
It was real nice and easy and amazingly beautiful. The tour operator on-road tour Guide Phil and Boat Skipper Ben and guide Yanni were awesome too. Definitely recommend it and might be going back soon.
Fantastic scenery and the guides were very knowledgeable and humorous making the trip even more enjoyable.

One of the best days I've ever had. If you are a national geographic fan as me, this is a must see tour! I'm definately going to book more tours on viator while I'm in Australia and New Zealand!
This was a great trip! The boat trip on the Tasman peninsula coastline provided really impressive views on the cliffs and caves, and many nice shots on seals and birds. The boat crew members were really enthusiastic when explaining the nature. However, this is not for those who may get seasick.
One of the best day trips ever!
Exceptional scenery and service. Passionate team of staff showing an amazing wilderness that I feel privileged to have witnessed. Skip the afternoon on the bus and do the historic site at Port Arthur for a better experience
This tour was such a great experience for me and my friends, it exceeded our expectations from the onset. After arriving at the Tasman Peninsula & morning tea, we set out on the 3 hour cruise. Here we saw all the amazing sites the coastline had to offer. We literally got up close to coastlines, caves and sea life which was great for photo opportunities. Additionally i recommend sitting in the first 4 four rows on the boat, also referred to as the "thrill" section. I was lucky enough to sit here & it was like riding a roller coaster, a great rush! You do get provided with full length water/wind resistant jackets in case you do get wet (you do in the thrill section). When the cruise is finished we had lunch, my lunch on this tour was one of the nicest meals i had while in Tasmania. After lunch we drove Port Arthur (entry into the Port Arthur site is not included). Here we had the opportunity to see the town and some of its beautiful lookouts which wrapped the day up. Finally one of the main things i also enjoyed on this tour was the staff, who were friendly, educated and really added to the whole experience, Thanks to Kane, Ben and Phil for providing such a great trip. A trip to Tassie would not be complete without this tour.
Person who have sea sickness must be aware depending on weather
I booked the Tasmanian Peninsular Tour withe the option to visit the Tasmanian Devil Conservation Park. Peninsular Tour was amazing with very friendly and knowledgeable guides. The visit to the Tasmanian Devil Park was very rushed. We arrived too late for the kangaroo feeding and there wasn't enough time to get right round the park. Staff at Pennicott Wilderness Tours were very helpful and posted me my sunglasses which I left behind at their office.
If the weather is nice then you can see great cliffs and have fun. Port Arthur is not worth it but if you go to the woods there are some nice bays, perfect for photo shooting.
