What You Can Expect
Tasman Island Seal
Your eco-adventure follows the spectacular coastline of Tasman National Park, between Port Arthur and Eaglehawk Neck. The boat has covered open-air seating, which allows for great viewing opportunities and a closer connection to the natural environment.
Marvel at Australia’s highest sea cliffs as they loom large over the sea, and watch dolphins and seals as they swim alongside the boat. You will explore deep-sea caves and see the slender white lighthouse that stands guard over Storm Bay. There is so much to see, you won’t know where to look next!
After the cruise, enjoy lunch and then spend the afternoon exploring the region with your guide. Visit local sites including Remarkable Cave, Palmers Lookout and the township of Nubeena before returning to Hobart where your tour ends.
Optional Upgrade:
Enhance your day on the Tasman Peninsula with a visit to the Tasmanian Devil Conservation Park and come face to face with the devils. Enjoy the free-flight bird show, hand-feed the kangaroos and see feeding time for the devils!
Or, visit the Port Arthur Historic Site and discover Tasmania's convict past. You will have three hours to explore the well-preserved ruins and picturesque grounds and gardens.
