Excellent tour of the city in a very big and comfortable coach because the tram coach broke down prior.
Gave both of us the chance to see Hobart in the comfort of a great vehicle. The guide was incredible.
We thought we knew all about Hobart having visited many times over but this trip takes you off the main drags and in and out of suburbia. History of the past related by a very informative and great driver. The present also there. Go on it. All over the place we went. Great stops and views. Well worth the time. Great value for money. We added more knowledge to our Hobart folio.
Very good guide and easy to find starting point as we left the ship
This was an excellent half day tour of Hobart. The tram was a delight and its interior very interesting with so many photos of Hobarts past. The driver was knowledgeable and gave a good over view of the city and happy to answer any questions on our trip around. Came away feeling well informed on Hobarts past and its present attractions on offer. I would certainly recommend
We had a great day. Information given on trip was very helpful. Thanks heaps. Kim and Jenny
Brilliant tour when time is short. Drivers local knowledge was priceless.
TABLE TALK DINING
This was a really good thing to do on you first day in Hobart, just wish we had longer at the Gardens
Fabulous tour. I can't remember the driver's name, but he really knew his history and was lovely (throwing in the odd cheesey joke here and there). My friends and I were only in Hobart for 36hrs on a charity flight and this tour was a great way to learn some history and take in the beautiful sights.
It was great! The guide was very good. All the great places he had taken us too were interesting and he was very knowledgeable and kind and patient. And will do again and recommend to friends. Thank you again.
Much of any tour is dependent upon the tour guide. In Hobart we had an excellent guide who knew the city, the state and its history. After the four hours we felt that we saw the primary sites, got a good impression of home styles and understood what we saw in the context of Tasmanian history.
The tour was excellent, giving us a great overview of Hobart. The driver/commentator had a wealth of interesting information which he imparted with humour and a sense of pride in the history of his home town. We really appreciated being dropped back at our cruise ship after the tour so we could link up with shuttle buses to our next destination. Highly recommended.
