We were met at the airport and the transfer was fine. No hitches however we would suggest that the local company makes it clearer they are reps of Viator as they display a different company name and it was a little bit of luck we asked the right person and located the driver quickly.

Didn't really like the amount of wait time before we got on our way to our hotel. Otherwise it is worth it as the distance between the airport and Kowloon Hong Kong is quite considerable.

Had great difficulty in finding the rep. In the end I was directed to the correct place by another rep. I certainly was not greeted by anybody. Once I had found him everything else was absolutely fine and the bus transfer was very smooth.
