Booked shuttle transfer and there were only us and another couple on the bus! There was no stopping every 5 minutes to drop off and got away from airport quite quickly too.

Private transfers are definitely a better alternative than shared transfers. The driver was courteous and the vehicle clean and air conditioned.

I was so frustrated with my airline that it colored all of my travel experience. The shuttle service was the bright spot. When I arrived in Hong Kong 12 hours late your rep was there for me at 4 a.m. The trip into Hong Kong was fast and comfortable. The return to the airport was less personal, but also very efficient.
