If you are using the lounge whilst waiting for a connecting flight, you will need to go through immigration. Other than that issue, very clean, quite and confortable

Excellent staff and facilities. Just what was needed after a long haul flight from UK and before the next long haul to Australia. Would recommend that everyone does this and has a shower and change of clothes inbetween the flights. Food and drink very good too.

What a relief to be able to go to a lounge, deposit any hand luggage (backpack in my case) have some refreshments, go for a walk then come back and have a great shower, change before the flight to Australia. The service was great, the food good and the lounge very comfortable including Internet access. Highly recommended!

It was a good experience. Wanted few hours to relaxed. The staff was extremely good !
The food and other facilities were fantastic ! While transiting HK, its a good place to relax !

Very pleasant-unfortunately lack of 2 seats together but soon became available. Very helpful staff-long wait for shower facilities.
Food drink,comfort very good.

Showers are nice, armchairs are not comfortable as you can not stretch your feet after a very long flight, did not like the food
