We had an excellent night with a really interesting and entertaining guide. Everything went to plan and we met some great new friends.

What a wonderful way to start our Hong Kong stay, a lovely cruise on Victoria Harbour with the city lights ablaze. A drive through Aberdeen with fantastic views of Hong Kong, Kowloon and a wonderful dinner at the Jumbo floating restaurant. Great food, good service and a terrific guide. WELL DONE!!

The overall trip was great except the dinner at Jumbo restaurant, the food was so so.

Value for money and a beautiful restaurant. Take some money though if you want to drink something other than tea (including water).

Had a wide variety of tours in all the countries I wanted to visit. Booking was quick and easy, and I didn't have any problems.

A great experience. The harbour cruise was brilliant. However the Jumbo was a disappointment not only was the food not seafood, it was quite the worse Chinese meal that our party of 11 had ever experienced anywhere in the world. Our complaint fell on deaf ears.

I would not recommend it if you are not a tourist. Firstly, the image on the website is misleading. That junk boat belongs to another company, and I booked it only because I thought it was the same junk boat I saw at the pier. I only found out when I confirmed my booking. There isn't a picture of the cruise or the restaurant on Viator, which is really misleading. Secondly, nobody picked us up or called us at the pier. I had to call the office and later a number for emergency before we could get on the cruise. Lastly, we had to sit at a table with other tourists. I asked for a separate table but was rejected. I was planning to celebrate my boyfriend's 30th birthday. This cruise is nice for tourists, and I should have been advised on that when I confirmed the booking. This could have been avoided if your website were clearer and provided accurate information, including pictures.

It was not a junk boat but a ferry junk conversion - there was a red-sailed junk - but not for us. The free beer & soft drinks on board were hot, snack was a small packet of peanuts with unfriendly service. The Jumbo restaurant had no electricity and the manageress aggressive - the most unpleasant experience However the tour guide was very attentive & did his best to facilitate the tour.

The harbor cruise was very nice, but the floating restaurant food was bad. If you are looking forward to a good Chinese dinner in Hong Kong look somewhere else.
