My only complaint was that there was not enough food at the buffet lunch at the hotel. Any finished food or dessert were not replenished.

The tour was very informative, our guide was fantastic. There was something for everyone. It perhaps would have been nicer to spend a little more time at each stop, but naturally there are time constraints.

The tour guide was excellent, the bus driver needs to watch the road, the air pollution in Macau was disgusting but the tour was good value and well run.

Getting through immigration takes too long - two hours, in our case. The tour guide should have let people sit in the bus instead having us stand in the hall for two hours while waiting for everybody to arrive.

There was a last-minute change in the pickup location, requiring us to take a taxi ride that cost 300HKD to get to another hotel that was certainly not nearby, and at such an early hour that we had to leave our hotel at 7 a.m. And we had to do the same upon return.

The tour was fine but Macau is not very appealing. Our tour guide was extremely informative and which made the day interesting but I wouldn't recommend taking a special detour to Macau unless you're big into gambling.

Loved the extra of walking through town, but would have been nice to give us 15 minutes to shop! Great lunch since they screwed up and we received buffet! Great tour guide, very knowledgeable.
