What a great day we had with our guide. Very informative, lots of sightseeing and stops along the way which included temple, parks, country side, visiting fishing villages and enjoyable lunch.
Interesting trip that gives you a different side of Hong Kong from what most tourists are familiar with. The guide was interesting and friendly, pointing out many historical and cultural features of the areas we visited. We found it very enjoyable.
Great day out our tour guide Adie was very informative and entertaining. It was nice to see the otherside of Hongkong away from the skyscrapers. Our tour included lunch which was very good.Would certainly recommend this tour.
An opportunity to see the main highlights of the New Territories in a half day, especially when there is a shortage of time.
Our tour guide was extremely knowledgeable on the area being a local herself. She was a pleasure to listen to.
Good tour, interesting to be outside of the hustle of Hong Kong. You get to see the difference between lifestyles and how the culture of the Chinese works. Tour guide, Ivy, was very good also.
Good tour with good commentary from interesting guide. Some interesting stops giving an insight into life in the past in Hong Kong.
A great tour! Our guide was excellent in that she spoke clear English and was knowledgeable. We saw most things that we expected to see, it was a rainy day so that spoilt it somewhat! Disappointing not to be taken up to the summit of highest peak as we thought it was on the itinerary. Otherwise it was all good!
Our tour guide was very good and went the extra mile. I found him very interesting and informative.
Following the Hong Kong City tour, this was a welcome addition. Very informative, very off the beaten track and quite interesting. Restaurant for lunch could have been better, however, the enthusiastic and well-informed guide made up for the shortfall. Well done!
Our tour guide was very good and easy to understand. The lunch was outstanding, and we enjoyed the meal and the atmosphere of the restaurant. Gave us a good overview of the New Territories which was hard to envision prior to the tour.
Tour guide was very informative, giving necessary background information and enabling us to understand the sights we were seeing. The tour give a different picture of the region to that of the bustling city of Hong Kong.
Papua New Guinea
It was really good, but a rainy day, so the view from some locations was not real good. It was nice to get out into the country.
The tour was good. The guide was good and easy to understand.
We had a good tour guide who knew her country well.
An interesting half day tour followed by a very good lunch. Our guide was very informative and gave us a useful insight into life in Kong Kong. The visit to the Yuen Yuen Institute was the high point for us.
While we enjoyed the tour itself, it was spoiled by the guide, Roger, whining about his wife and boss. Its a pity he couldn't separate his professional and private lives and concentrate on making his guest's trip a happy and entertaining one.

This trip was interesting, although the guide was a little hard to understand. One of the stops was just on the roadside, and we did not stop at the racecourse, even though it was not a race day. Not quite as advertised, but the lunch was very good.
The tour guide was very friendly.
I waited for the advertised Haka village visit, additional to the walled village visit. This did not happen and was the single reason I chose this particular tour. Why was this not included please? My sister had been on the tour before and recommended it because of the Haka village visit.
Visiting the walled village was interesting but not as historical as an original Haka village..
The food was terrible and the setting was worse.(A 'popular' restaurant ...maybe in the 1950s?) There was no substantial food for the two vegetarians.
Generally a good tour except the awful admission of the most interesting ADVERTISED village!I feel as if I should be given another ticket to redo that part of the tour.
The first bus was old and shabby, and I could not find a seat with an operational seatbelt. The guide was very interesting as were the places visited.
