Very good BUT:
Activated pass at the Airport OK but had to be a detective to find a 10th floor office in a tower block near the harbour to get the tickets for the Harbour Tour;
Advance pass to tram enabled us to miss most of the queue.

The flexi pack pass was extremely convenient! It was very easy to use and made paying for tours and various sites a breeze!

Valuable cost saving when compared to purchasing separately. Look carefully for counter A8 in the arrivals hall, though. The Peak, sky100, and HopOn-HopOff Rickshaw bus are unmissable and the card is simply accepted at each. Also recommend the Macau Attractions Pass.

Worth buying. Picked the voucher up at the airport and used it to get a return ticket on the airport bus into the city. I then had a further 3 choices of free vouchers for other sightseeing options.

Very difficult to use , all tickets must be picked up ahead of time in locations away from venue.
Harbour tour is only at 10 AM .Peak tour was good but very crowded .
Hop on hop off bus was ok but not reliable , we waited for an hour for a bus at the peak.

The tickets for the various rides should be redeemable at the airport instead of all the various locations.

Buyer beware. The cost is low but much of the pass is worthless.
The good:
The Peak tram is an absolute must do in HK! This pass worked with no problems.
The frustrating:
There is no way to obtain your pass before arriving in Hong Kong so if you have a flight that occurs late at night (mine arrived 11.20PM) you can forget about using the airport transfer.
I agree with the other reviewer about the Victoria Harbour tour pass. This must be obtained from the 10th floor Star Tower on the same day as the tour and the receipt brought to the pier. The problem is that the office doesn't open until 9 AM (if on time) and the tours starts at 10. If you show up any other time, like attempting to book a day in advance, you are refused. However the tour is superb!
Also as noted, the DHK balloon is out of commission, Viator has now updated this on the web site but this was not the case when I booked.
The really bad:
Quote: "Fisherfolks’ Village on Lamma Island: Enjoy a 30-minute scenic ferry ride from Hong Kong Island to Lamma Island. Then, explore this quaint fishing village to learn about the humble culture of fisherfolks" Except that the ferry ride is NOT included. What DO you get for this "tour" when you arrive? Only a photocopy of a map and you're on your own. Bleh!

What seemed like a great deal turned out to be a Nightmare. 1st retrieving the card was a hassle after walking around for 20mins trying to find the building (which had a small sign), then once found trying to explain to the company where I purchased the card from took another 15mins. Now we are on our way only to find out that the Hot Air Balloon ride wasn't operating for mechanical reasons, the Cruise on the water you needed to go to another location in order to validate the card. which I we told on the site that the card gives you easy access to these trips.??? Each place we arrived at we were turn away because, One we did not get a guide or book that list the 4 options choose from. Two we did not know we had to validate each activity before arriving at the location. We ordered the card because, the other reviews were great. However they did not tell the whole story. I would not recommend this card its inconvenient its a hassle and waste of time.
