The pass was great value, it allowed me to do and see so many more things that Hong Kong had to offer than I thought possible in my short stay. My favorite things were the tour of the 8th Estate winery followed by tasting of great wine 'made in Hong Kong' and the dim sum cooking class in a really local restaurant. The card was very easy to use and had no problems with attractions accepting it.
f you are looking for sightseeing rather than just shopping or theme park in Hong Kong, the See Hong Kong Pass is a very good choice and provides huge savings. 1-day pass costs only $399 and I did 4 activities which are worth around $700, quite a good deal, right?
I started the day early and joined a Big Bus Tour (Hong Kong Island). The bus took me to the Peak Tram Station where I did a free round trip of the Peak Tram. And then headed to the Kowloon side to have a free Dim Sum lunch at a very cool Chinese restaurant. Got some time left, I did some shopping at the Kowloon station shopping mall and then went to the DHL Hong Kong Balloon nearby to see the beautiful skyline of the city at 100m high.
As I travel by myself, I really love to explore the city and get to try every as much as possible. Great that the pass has around free 20 activities to choose from , so it is quite flexible for trip planning. If I got one more day, I will definitely get a 2-day pass to see more, especially the Big Bus Stanley Tour and the wine tasting activity!
Nice package. Really enjoyed Victoria Harbor Cruise and trip to Macau. Regretfully, was not able to take advantage of the dim sum class( 8 person minimum ) or feng shui session (limited scheduling). Also, pass would be significantly improved and more convenient if it were possible to register at one site and at one time for all attractions. These changes would make the package five stars.

-It doesn't make sense to have to pick up the pass from the center the day You want to use when they could of send it to me by mail and the card can be activated as soon as I get to the first location...I think all partipating companies should have a central program to communicate
-it would be much easier if the customer can just use the card for all activities instead of having to pick up the vouchers and tickets at different spots, it took a lot of time to pick up tickets
-when picking up the big bus tickets, there was another station closer to the location....it wasn't 10min walk...it was 20min
-with the dim sum place, there wasn't enough people, they would not open a class...that was very disappointing even though the set meal was goodwayne bus driver we had for the Stanley route wasn't that great....he was not interpersonal at all...he basically spend a lot of time checking out his iPhone than helping the riders though the ride was awesome
-the best place was Wing Wah baking class and tea ceremony, staff were very friendly and it was a very enjoyable time there
Tried to pick up paid for pass at airport - staff were not at all informative - didn't know what it was - and then tried to make us pay for it - received no list of attractions (unfortunately we had forgotten to download list before we left on our holiday) neither did we receive a pocket size book of details and maps. Not much more helpful at the BIg Bus place - until going there a second time to validate the pass - with this lack of info we were not able to use the pass to its full advantage - as we didn't have the time - we did go on the Bus tour of both Hong Kong and Kowloon which we found great - and the pass for the Peak tram - if only to avoid the long long queues to buy a ticket.
Feel it would/could have been good value if we had been given the information as detailed when we booked the pass.
I would not buy the three day card. I did not use the full value of it, let alone saved money on it. Transport is very cheap and easy to use, so one is only paying for a commentary on the Big Bus tours. Some venues were not operating the week I was there (Happy Valley racecourse) and the day in Macau was stressful because there was no desk or information given as to how to get the bus tour ( a man with a clipboard finally spoke to us, and then we waited over an hour for the bus when we only had half a day in Macau itself). My advice to anyone is wait till you get to Hong Kong and you will soon realise that you don't need these pre-booked tours - it constrains your visit too much.
