Thank you for a lovely experience. The lounge was restful, quiet and provided respite from a long flight. I particularly enjoyed the excellent Hong Kong cuisine and attention to detail. The massage was very helpful in relaxing me for the next leg of the journey. I'm happy to let other fellow travellers know about the Travellers' Lounge and recommend your care.

After we checked in at the airport, it was just so nice to relax and unwind in very pleasant surroundings for a few hours before our flight was due. Would definitely recommend the travelers lounge to anyone visiting that part of the world.

What a great place to watch Obama accept his Presidential nomination! Food was comforting and the chairs cozy for a nap after the warm showers. We did have difficulty finding the location in the airport-a few more signs would be nice.

The Traveler's Lounge at Honk Kong Intl Airport is highly recommended. After a 14 hour flight, the private shower facilities were very welcome The food was of good quality. I would recommend that the website provide of map of where the Travelers Lounge is in relation to departure Gate 35.

Excellent way to spend a few hours at the airport waiting for a connecting flight to Australia. Food selection was not great, but it was hot and freshly cooked. The shower was very welcome, and after a quick change of clothes we were ready to go. Will be doing this again.

Travelers lounge is definitely a must for long stay overs in the airport. The staff were courteous and helpful, and the food and facilities were excellent. In our opinion, for the cost of buying the very nice leather chairs, why not have recliner chairs where travelers can have a nap while waiting for their flight. Overall it was a very good service and we would recommend it to people we know that are traveling.

We were very comfortable. The food was good and the chairs were comfortable. My only criticism is that we were unable to access a computer for the large contingent of children. I will definitely recommend this to other travellers with a long time between flights.

To get to the lounge, you must have your boarding pass. It is impossible to get to the lounge more than 3 hours prior to your flight, and you must be in transit and not entering HK. I was very lucky that the lounge in Terminal 2 was willing to transfer my reservation to their site and to charge me a minimum amount for the extra hours. Knowing this, I would use the lounge if I could arrange it.

Free alcohol would have given it 4 stars. Food was good. Shower was great.

It was great value. The only improvement I would suggest is for them to assign travelers to their two separated areas -- the ones who want quiet in order to read or sleep to one area, and those who chats or have noisy children to the other area.
