I had a 7 hour layover in Hong Kong so the Travellers Lounge was a very welcome oasis after a busy business trip. It was a great place to chill out away from the hussle of the busy airport terminal. The shower just before my flight was fantastic. The food was great, a good selection of western and Asian. I highly recommend the lounge.

Fantastic. Walked in and received lovely service. Straight to a much needed shower, followed by a hot meal and soft drink. Due to airline seating mixup I had to leave the lounge twice but was able to come and go with a sticker they gave me. Relaxing atmosphere, wifi and and computers for use. Was able to get a bottle of water to take for flight. Also useful in as much as you don't need to have Hong Kong currency to buy anything during your airport stopover - everything provided. Will recommend to travelling friends and will definitely use this again!
It was the perfect respite after a 13 hour flight to HK, and to have another 9.50 hour layover in HK, before our next flight. The showers in particular revived us before our next leg of journey to Kathmandu. The staff are professional and we will definitely use the lounge service again. I would not hesitate to recommend the lounge to anyone who have long layover in HK.

We had an absolutely fantastic time on this well organised and well planned tour. The pick up point was easy to find and the tour guides informative, friendly and humorous. Our expectations were certainly exceeded as everything was first class. The buffet dinner catered for a variety of tastes and the wine was free flowing all night. Would highly recommended. Happy Valley Racecourse is also first rate. Our tour of the winners post was also a particular highlight.
Very much needed after 12 hours traveling. Just one small crictisim and that is we would not have had to use the public toilets had we been informed that there are toilets down stairs in the shower room, which we found out latere when we when to use the shower room.
Would definetly use again and would not hesitate to recommend to others.

good value and helped to make journey more comfortable
Great service, no fuss in claiming voucher. The lounge itself was the Traveler's Premium Lounge near Gate 33. Good, hot food at all time, comfortable seating (even when waiting 7 hours for next flight) and the package's inclusion of making use of the shower facilities was the cherry on top.
The shower area was clean. Lounge area was comfortable and the service was great.
