I enjoyed my visit to the lounge and it was well worth the money. It was quiet, clean, great to be able to have a shower, check my emails and get away from the bustle of the terminal. I will definitely use it again and have already recommended it to friends.

very good service had a 18 hour lay over and they provide showers will cook you food and have drinks and sandwichs out all day.

This was a welcome relief after a 10+ hour flight and on being informed that I had 4 hours to fill in whilst waiting for my next flight. It was great to be able to have a shower, something to eat and just relax in comfortable seats. Would definitely utilise this service again.

This was just what I needed while waiting for my connecting flight to Perth. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The facilities were lovely and the massage was luxurious. This made a really refreshing break and allowed me to recharge my batteries ready for the next leg of my journey. I have already recommended this to friends and family and will continuing to do so. I will also take the opportunity of this the next time I fly.

This was the best move that my husband and I could have made! We decided to book a stay in the Viator Lounge in Hong Kong as we had a six hour delay between flights. After having a welcoming shower, complimentary massage and some food, we felt human again and more than ready for the next leg of our trip to London. It really refreshed us and we are sure that the stay helped us to recover from the long flights as we did not suffer from jet lag. We would highly recommend anyone travelling from Australia to London with a reasonable stop over between flights to take advantage of the great facilities provided at the Viator Lounges.
