It was comforting. Availability of massage chair could have made this stay more comfortable. We liked the food and shower facility. Overall it was good.

The food could have been better. here were only a few dishes and they're not tasty. However, they have a good selection of drinks and very comfortable seats. We'd enjoy more if the walk was not too long and far from our departure gate.

Very worthwhile. Clean comfortable showers, good food. Helped make a long lay-over bearable. The Viator price was a significant savings. I would recommend this to anyone with a long wait in the airport.

Made a long wait for than bearable. Comfy chairs and a good choice of food & drink. Much cheaper than elsewhere or paying when you get there.

I found it very comforting to have a quiet place to rest for the 8 hours I had to wait for my next flight, the food wasn't bad, but could have done with a bit more variety, more pick a bits-nibbles, other wise it was worth while.

It was nice to use this place for 10 hour flight connection, and bath was refreshing. I could receive calls from my husband while I was in the lounge. The customer service at viator.com call center was not friendly or helpful. I had to spend some extra time to do some home work. Viator online price is cheaper than on arrival.

We didn't get the chance to use the lounge for long but it was worth doing to have a bit of peace and quiet, and comfortable seating before a long late-night flight. The snacks available were of a much better standard than we have experienced before cooked food rather than cheese and biscuits, cakes, etc.

This was a gift from my parents and the first time we had been in one of these lounges. It was absolutely brilliant, so relaxing and well worth every penny.

In theory, this is a great help with getting ready for a long trip. On the day, by the time we went through immigration and security and eventually found the lounge, which was not well sign-posted, we had very little time to use the services. Our flight out was at the other side of the terminal and boarded relatively early, so getting to and from the lounge was a bit of a frantic rush.

We definitely appreciated being able to have that hot shower to freshen up. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Also, the food was very good, and we appreciated that. The lounge could use a few more comfortable chairs at the tables, or better still some reclining chairs so people could catch a bit of shut-eye. Over all, we would recommend this service to others who have a long wait at the airport. Thank you.

We had a 10-hour stopover in Hong Kong, so I was looking for a place to relax. The lounge was a godsend. We had a shower, relaxed, and even had food and drink. We'll definitely do it again.

Arrived at the lounge at about 7 a.m. for a 9 a.m. flight, having left the hotel at 5:30. The food and drinks available at the lounge included a full breakfast in quiet and peaceful surroundings, with staff who could not be more helpful. A must!
