Considering I paid for relaxation, quiet and choice of food, we were extremely put out to be mobbed by a group of travellers whose flight was delayed and they were allowed complimentary entry, created havoc & noise and cleared out the buffet food. I would have to consider carefully the expense against the involuntary disruption by freeloaders.

The food was quite OK. There was no toilet.

The lounge was not very comfortable, so we booked a nap for 3 hours for additional costs. We had to wait for this nap another 2 hours. After that they did not store our baggage any more, so that we were unable to leave the airport.

I was traveling with 2 children under 6, so access to bathroom facilities and food was a welcome relief. Getting 3 seats together, food that they would eat and access to a computer was not at all easy. This facility is well used, with far more users than comfortable facilities we got 3 chairs together in the last hour of our 6 hr stay. Showers were clean, hot and refreshing. Despite the difficulties we faced with getting comfortable, I would recommend using the lounge over sitting in the general terminal with kids.

Unclear what services were available after having booked through Viator. I was pretty sure I was entitled to a shower, but the staff were quite unfriendly and unhelpful, and I felt like they were doing me a favour by letting me shower.

It was good to have a quiet area in which to relax, and the food and drink were quite good.

Arriving late, all the comfy seats were taken by sleeping travelers. There were additional areas, but these were roped off. It was difficult to find a good spot with ready access to power for the laptop. The shower was good, though a little cramped, and the only toilets were the public facilities outside the lounge. The food was more than satisfactory. Overall, it made a long overnight transit much better and was worth the price Viator charges, i.e., about half the rack rate.

Food was horrible, showers OK but needed to be booked. Good if you need internet access.

The lounge was crowded. There was no place to sit as some of the people who were on the internet plonked their bags on the lounges and there was no supervision within the area to make sure that people got a seat. The bathing service was OK and the hot food was mediocre.
