I was originally booked for the venue located inside the boarding gates area. But it turned out i couldn't get in by checking in because my flight was scheduled the next day. So i had to settle for Plaza Premium and boy it did it took time looking for it. Pathways and direction signs was confusing to me when looking for the Venue.
People were nice in serving me. It's a quiet area but no res beds. So i had to make do with sleeping on the armrest sofa and it wasn't exactly comfortable especially when i was there for 12 hrs.
You get one meal and that is dinner or lunch (Depending what time you arrive at.
Then there is the self-serving food area with lots of different choices for beverages and light snacks would include garden salad (minestrone?) soup, bread, biscuits and cookies, corn cheese crackers etc.
One shower is allowed with your stay. Everything is so clean in there. You get shampoo, facial cleanser, toothbrush and toothpaste.
Not quite what we are used to but it was convenient
What a great way to spend an eight-hour layover. The Travelers' Lounge, located away from the hustle and bustle of the rest of the airport, was quiet, clean and well stocked with an assortment of hot and cold foods. My one complaint is the lack of washrooms, which is a small inconvenience.
Very nice .
Food seection was limited .
Chairs not ment for sleeping or lying down .
it was good to know your bag etc was safe when you got up to get food etc. The showers were good

After a 14 hour flight from Los Angelos it was great to freshen up with a shower and a change of clothes. Staff were helpful and the facilities clean. Buffet food also good. Would recommend.
A pleasant interlude in a long trip. No wait for a shower at our early morning arrival. Our six hours purchased online was extended by the manager to cover the additional hour between our flights. Buffet was replenished oftensomit never appeared 'picked
It was great to have a better place to rest whilst we waited the 16 hours for our next flight. But I was disappointed to see the Travelers' lounge we were directed to was very different to the one shown on the website. Please ensure you let people know the difference when they are booking.
The lounge was very comfortable, efficient staff, check in, the showers clean, the breakfast buffet was very good, with plenty of choices. After a long, long flight into HK, a few hours at the lounge we were refreshed and ready for the 2nd leg of our trip. Will always use this service, well worth the cost.
Very nice BUT, there needs to be a smoking section......
definetly worth doing, i was travelling on my own and i felt much more comfortable in a private area. I think that there could be more variety with the food. But everything else was very good, especially the showers, it was so nice to freshen up ready for my next fight.
I had a 14,5 hour stopover on Hong Kong Airport. In the morning I did a city tour and it was really good to visit the lounge afterwards. Feeling warm and sticky from the tour I had a nice shower, relaxed, ate something, charged my phone battery, got on Wi-Fi for a bit. Recommended!!!
we had a 5 hour wait for our next flight so this was a gfrat area to relax in and the food from the hot buffet was great, good experience
Great place to unwind after a very long flight. Comfortable sofas and good selection of food/drink. 6 hour layover passed very easily.
The lounge was very clean and tidy but there were no high chairs for our son which made it difficult.
