perfect! someone was waiting for us with our name on a board. He guided us through al paperwork at the airport, and the kids loved the smell of the car and the fluffy interior ;-)

I highly recommend this service. A man was waiting for us with our name clearly signposted. Within minutes, he arranged our visas. The drive to the hotel was very smooth, the man helped us with the registration at the hotel reception and did not accept a tip. A very good service!

We were met by your representative at the airport who was so very helpful and also when we got to our hotel, we found things so easy and would recommend to anyone thank you, the same with the return transfer.

This was absolutely excellent! The guide spoke excellent English and carried our bags. He made sure we got a great room at the hotel and gave us some useful hints and tips about the area. He even refused a tip!

After 24 hours of flights and layovers it was so comforting to see someone waiting for us to get us all checked in to the hotel. And reassure us about our weeks tours and scheduled. Guide was great.

Your rep was there waiting for me, with a visa. Queuing for a visa at Hurghada airport can be a nightmare 15-20 minutes in the heat is pretty stressful. Very clean and comfortable transport.

Our flight arrived in Hurghada 3 hrs late and we were apprehensive in case nobody knew what was happening, NO PROBLEM. Viator rep was there and helped us obtain visas, carried our luggage past usual harassing taxi-drivers, even took us into the hotel reception area. And would not take a tip. Coming home picked us up on time and again assisted us right up to airport check-in desk, also very knowledgeable about the area. This is our third time of using Viator and each one has been PERFECT. Well done Viator.
