Guide was great. Checked us in and made sure we had no trouble getting through security. We did have one issue and he took care of it immediately and everything was so smooth.
Great service. Our guide led us through the process at the airport, which is slightly different to other airports, and assisted us to by pass most of the queues. Definitely worthwhile.
Once more Viator came up trumps. We were met at our hotel by our rep who guided us right up to the check-in desk on our return flight, he could not do enough for us, great experience and again would not take a tip. I hope that where ever we go on our next holiday Viator are around to provide our transfers. thank-you
Met immediately from plane, even purchased entry visa from your rep.. So easy and felt so safe, especially as we were travelling alone as women with kids. We even got checked into hotel by your staff!!!

We cannot fault the service provided at all! All staff were extremely friendly and helpful and punctual. We would recommend Viator to anyone who requires excellent service and value for money. The transport provided for both transfers were relatively new vehicles which were well maintained and spacious. We will definitely be booking with Viator in the future.
Fax arrived at hotel to confirm the time we were to be picked up. Driver arrived on time and saw us all the way through customs.
Our contact was at our hotel early. He helped us with our bags and checked us in smoothly. He even called the airline to confirm the flight, and learned that our flight was scheduled to leave half an hour earlier than originally planned! This transfer made our departure from Hurghada stress-free!
Picked up in plenty of time, no hitches.
