Our tour guide, Allison, made this tour AMAZING!! She was energetic and super knowledgable and FUNNY!! Highly recommend this tour. No better way to see the highland countryside. Super highlight was feeding the "Harry coos"!! Highland cattle, so gentle, sweet, and cute!! Mind the horns!!
The tour guide, named Allison, was excellent. At no time was I bored on the trip. She gave fantastic commentary through the whole tour. I enjoyed the many memorable locations and views I saw on this tour. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who was interested in Scotland.
Good balance between visits and travelling. The Eilean Donan Castle was wonderful and the Skye Island a pure beauty. Our driver was very friendly and made us very happy with a practice of a scottish dance!
This trip was awesome. Our driver Sandy was funny and gave us lots of information. Skye is so beautiful, but you will only get as far as Bradford. Anyways, it is enough to get a good feel for what Skye is like and the beauty of its natural wonders. We also made stops on other areas that are absolutely breathtaking. We loved our tour and we would love to do it again.
Beautiful Scenery, quirky guide, wonderful meal on the Isle of Skye. It was a great day!

Alison made the trip very special. She is quite knowledgeable, funny and a joy to be around. Really enjoyed the trip and so happy I wasn't driving.
My mother and I took this trip last April 18th, we were lucky because we had excellent weather. We had the chance to see beatiful views and explore the best of Eilean Donan castle and Skye. We had the opportunity to meet and feed the highland cows which was such an extraordinary experience. Allison was our guide and she was really fun all the trip, she made Scotland history sound so interesting and she was so engaged in having everybody participating. She was excellent, best tour guide ever, she even taught us how to dance ceilidh and gave little prices to the best participants of the tour. My mom doesn´t speak English, but she was very happy all the time, and Allison new all sorts of languages, even Vasque! Thank you very much for such a wonderful tour!
Excellent tour, did so many things in a day. Tour guide at Highland Experience called Alison was fantastic.
We had a great time on this tour. Our guide was knowledgeable and informative, the coach was comfortable, stops were well timed. We will definitely book more tours with Viator when the occasion arises.
This trip was wonderful. We had a wide variety of experiences that were uniquely Scottish -- photo ops of Loch Ness with the ruins of Urquhart Castle in the foreground and of Loch Carron, a chance to tour Eilean Donan Castle, a visit to the tiny fishing village of El Gol on a beautiful stretch of Atlantic coast on the Isle of Skye, opportunities to walk through sheep meadows by a sheep fold and to see highland cattle up close and personal, a walk to the Thomas Telford Bridge at Invermoriston, and a stop at the ruins of a historic church surrounded by a quaint, lovely graveyard. The day was somewhat different than outlined by Viator's website. For example, we passed through Broadford without stopping for lunch, because we took extra time at Eilean Donan so that those who wanted to tour the castle -- which was most of the group -- could do so. The castle was worth a visit, and I was glad to exchange that for lunch in Broadford. Those who were hungry could grab a quick bite to eat at the castle visitor center. The highland scenery was beautiful throughout the day, and although it was mostly cloudy, we escaped rain and were able to see the islands of Rum, Eigg and Muck from the Isle of Skye.
Our driver was great and learned a great deal. Our weather was poor so we missed seeing the highland cows but that is no ones fault. The food for lunch was fantastic and a highlight. Loved, loved Eileen Donan castle. One of my favourites now. I would recommend this to anyone new to the highlands.
