Read what other Viator.com travelers think about the Jerusalem Half Day Tour: Dome of the Rock and Western Wall. What they loved, what they liked and what they think could be improved, it's all here to help you make the most of your next trip.
Amir is probably the best tour guide ive ever had. It you go with this tour or any other tours with this company I would find out what days he does that tour and book it. Absolutely fascinating!
Great tour and guide. I would recommend this on your first day to get acclimated to the old city!
I did not go on this tour. I paid for a ticket, but didn't coordinate the hotel pick up. I was traveling alone with my 2 1/2 year old and decided to head back to our cruise ship in Ashdod. Leading up to the tour, the company was good about getting in touch with me in order to inform me that I would need to buy as seat for my son due to car seat laws in Israel.
It was a pretty good tour, hitting both the Western Wall and the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. You can only see the Dome of the Rock at a distance. (I don't think they let too many people in.) However, it didn't feel like there was a lack of things to visit, and the half-day went by pretty fast.
Guide was pretty good. You get picked up and dropped off by bus, but it is very much a walking tour up/down and over old steps, so not suitable for everyone.
What a wonderful time I had on this tour. It was excellent and the guide really knew his subject and history. I will certainly use this company again when I go back to Israel.
The half day tour was excellent. The tour guide was knowledgable and very interesting. We were not taken to the Dome of the Rock, and the tour guide did not explain why or even talk about it. That was an omission.
An excellent orientation tour. Spoiled a bit because of a booking issue. The tour company questioned the booking despite quoting the voucher number. Used up all my phone credit trying to resolve the matter.

Good half-day tour for the first-comers. Ozzy was very friendly.
Highly recommend this tour for the 1st visit of the Old City - you will get the feeling how to avoid clambers in future visits (you will need them to feel the Old City - just enter at New Gate, go down to the West Wall, short walk up-hill to the Zion Gate and take a taxi, it's only thing, which is cheep in Jerusalem).
The guide is so-so but he/she knows the easy walkway.
Very good tours. Good organisation and tour guides had very good knowledge. Thanks. Sometimes a bit rushed.
