The greeter was waiting for us at our arrival gate and arranged for quick and easy transport to our hotel. He also arranged for us to take a private tour of Istanbul with a fantastic guide the next day.

We got a brief introduction from an associate of the tour company. The car was OK, quick and correct.

There was an English speaking representative from the company to meet us at the arrival exit who then led us to the pick-up point. The very comfortable mini bus arrived a few minutes later and the rep came with us to the hotel. He even attempted to check us in but as we had booked with another company and in my partner's name his effort was in vain. He pointed out a few things on the way into the city and advised us on where we needed to go to join the tour we had booked the next morning. This was an excellent and very relaxing way to get from the airport to the hotel. Definitely worth doing.
