Our guide was excellent. He was very knowledgable about the history of the country. Very friendly and kept a close eye to make sure no one got left behind all day.
This was a FANTASTIC Tour. Talga was a great guide and so concerned about the welfare of his clients. Instead of taking us to Topkapi Palace and the Blue Mosque in the morning, he asked if we could reverse the schedule and showed us the l-o-n-g lines to those sites when we were nearby. When we went to those sites in the afternoon, we just walked in rather than waiting in the blazing sun. We didn't wait in any lines for any of our stops. His directional hint in the Bazaar helped all of us from getting lost. He knew his stuff, was fun and we had a great time. Would recommend this tour and especially our great guide!!!!
Our guide was a wonderful. He allowed for flexibility - adding the spice market at our request - and had the perfect balance of insight into the many sights. Lunch was much better than expected. Our only concerns were that our time was cut short by the late starting time (as compared to when we docked) and wasted time at stop clearly designed to sell rugs. Overall, fantastic.
My family and I, cruising throughout the Med and stopping on several ports, decided to take private shore tours to visit the cities without a crowd and it turned out to be the best decision not mentioning we saved good money by booking ourselves. In this particular case for Istanbul we decided to book with Viator. Our experience was the best! We were greeted at the port by our guide Omar, he was wonderful and very knowledgable of his culture. We had a Mercedes Van all to ourselves. The driver was very kind as well. We made the best of our visits to each site and since Omar really knew his way around, we didn't have to make long lines. In the grand bazar we chose to take more time than we were suppose to and he agreed to all we wanted. I had read that lunch was not very good, but to our surprise it was very acceptable. Overall we had a wonderful experience in Istanbul. We highly recommend this company, very professional and reliable. CC Queretaro, Mexico.
Better than anything I could buy from RCL. Our guide was excellant, and because our group was so much smaller than any cruise excursion, we were able to get more information, insight and a more customized tour than we would have had. Example....he took us down to a section of the cisterns, and cut down on the time in the bazaar (which our group was not too interested in spending much time in). I highly recommend this tour when docked in Istanbul. P.S. The tour bus, which seated approximately 15, was first class!
The weather was wet but the tour was fantastic. Our guide spoke perfect English and he was very knowledgeable. We visited all the places listed and were able to take time to appreciate each location. As there were only 6 people in our party we were all able to ask individual questions and receive individual replies. This tour was great value for money and we would highly recommend it!
Had no trouble finding the guide from the ship. Every thing went well. Very nice tour of the straignts.

Almost half the cost of a ship organized tour and equal to or better than in value. Guide was one of the best and experienced. Bus and driver superb. Trip started on time and ended on time. Will try to do our next day tour through viator.
Tour provided excellent value for money and because the bazaar was closed on Sunday we were able to go to the Cisterns. I suggest that this is included on every tour. Only six on the tour made it easy to listen to our guide who looked after us well despite the power walking through the crowds..
The tour was very good, the guide spoke very clear English. The minor negative was he walked very fast and he spoke a little fast.

Great tour! So nice to walk off the ship and have a private guide / van waiting for you. Istanbul is a great city and we were able to see all of the highlights. Our guide was fantastic and the lunch was excellent. I would definitely recommend this tour to anyone!
Excellent Tour and very good value. My only complaint was that we were advised on our voucher that our guide would be at the Port with a placard with our name on it. As it transpired he was outside the Port with a very small placard with Neon Tours on it. This applied equally to the other groups on the Tour.
Very well organized and guides very knowledgeable. Lunch was great. Very well priced compared to cruise ships pricing.
