Very good value package. Lunch and dinner great and the show excellent.
A full day including all the major sites and a very good lunch. Our guide Tibet was terrific and so knowledgable It was a fabulous day. The dinner and show were first rate and finished off the day perfectly.
Excellent tour. Totally worth it. Suggest not taking this tour on Monday's as Hagia Sofia is closed on that day. Even without that it was totally worth it. Omar the guide was excellent, very knowledgeable and extremely professional. Would highly recommend the tour.
We did a combined tour - Day tour of sightseeing and night show including dinner and belly dancing. I have taken viator tours before when I went to Australia and have been very satsfied by thier service, friendly staff and this time in Istanbul thier excellent guide Umar who was patient and spoke good english. Defintely worth it!
Awesome tour guide, Omar was the best. Perfect tour, BUT WATCH OUT for the lunch time drink gauge! 5 euro for a soda! That's sooooo wrong! The dinner show was fun too. At the end one of the servers asked for a tip several times it was very uncomfortable! Book the sight seeing tour and skip the dinner show...
During this tour you cover the key attractions in the Inner City area, and lunch is provided. The Grand Bazaar was not open during the day of my visit, but a carpet weaving display was inserted, which I did not like as it turned out to be a selling ploy. The dinner and show was also good, with efficient collection and drop off arrangements.
Good tour. Knowledgeable guide. Covers all important places. The dinner and show was also good. Highly recommended,
City sightseeing tour was great, largely thanks to our guide Tibet. She is absolutely fantastic! Lunch at a restaurant next to the Basilica Cistern was very good. The night show including dinner and belly dancing was alright. As I was traveling alone, I booked the dinner part of this tour hoping to have a meal with small group of people. About 10 of us were picked up from our hotels and driven to Kervansaray restaurant. On arrival we were split up and seated only with people included in each of our individual Viator booking. So I was made to sit on my own. Luckily the night was jam packed with entertainment so I was not bored. There was plenty of food, but it was coming out way too fast and the quality was very average.
City Sightseeing Tour is a good way to see the main sites of the city without standing in lines. Guide gives enough time for photos and exploring yourself also. One negative point, you are taken to a carpet shop and shown a carpet making demonstration (in itself not bad), but you are then find yourself surrounded by all the salesman in the store trying to sell you a carpet. Not a pleasant experience and spent far too long there.
Turkish dinner and show was great. Recommended.
Although the reviews were excelent, this tour was a complete disappointment. Omer, our guide was just briefly explaining and every time i felt the need to buy and audio-guide to complete and understand the history of the monuments. It was also frustrating as he was rushing us all the time, and getting a bit iritated when we were trying to get some pictures and were 'holding' him back for a few minutes. For the amount of money we paid, this was not even up to 50% of it. Really, really disappointed!!!!
