We really enjoyed our Padua hop-on-hop-off trip, it was very informative and interesting. Padua is a great town, one of our favorite smaller Italy towns.
No indicator about the bus stop at the Padua FS. The person answering the phones from viator should speak clear English and should be patient enough to complete the call. Until the bus arrived we were not too sure about whether it will come and where it will come. The person on the phone could have told us which bus bay it will come. Tour route was however comprehensive.
Our morning was spent visiting the Capella degli Scrovegni (fabulous!!!), Eremitani Museum (impressive) and the Basilica of St.
Anthony of Padua (outstanding). After a leisurely lunch at Le Calandre restaurant (out of this world), there was little time left for the hop-on hop-off tour (as our train was leaving back to Venice in late afternoon). We took it at the Basilica stop and left it at the Padua train station. Our impression was very favorable of the tour itself, with the audio description in several languages on the mark. All in all, I would highly recommend this tour, although I would have liked to traverse the entire lenght of the city.
