The shuttle driver showed up at the scheduled time. He was courteous and helpful with the bags. We encountered no problems going from near Piazza della Repubblica to Fiumicino Airport. I can recommend Viator to anyone needing shuttle transportation in Rome.

Our experience was wonderful. We were picked-up exactly on time at our hotel and driven to the airport. The driver was helpful and friendly. The only way to get to and from the airport. Forget the cabs.
