Great way to see Rome at a reasonable cost.

Enjoyable; definitely one to do when you are flagging and fed up of walking. Lots of information, and it's cheap. There are lots of tour buses at the station but no problem finding the pickup point. A tip for you: In July, take a parasol and a fan. The direct sunlight is too much when the bus stops at the different sites; it only waits a few minutes, but it can get unbearable.

This tour allows you to get on and off the bus or stay on for the entire trip. We went on a Vatican tour in the morning and on the bus in the afternoon. We stayed on the top for the entire trip and had a great time. We could see a lot of Rome riding on the bus.

This was really fun. I heard the recorded guide to the city a number of times and loved it. Some comments say there are earphones that don't work - yes, true but not worth panning the whole thing!! The company does enormous volume - delays result when buses are out of service - also unavoidable. A great adventure - do it!!

The absolutely best way to travel around the ancient city. The buses arrive at every spot every 15 or so minutes, and the bus stops are very easy to find.

Absolutely worth the money. Learned about the city and used it as transportation to get to the area we wanted to go. They ran every 15 minutes so you did not have a long wait. We took another type of bus in London where you pay when you get on and it was not as good as this one. Buses were late because they sold tickets on the bus. This bus bus ran like a clock. I would suggest this for every city.

I highly recommend the hop on hop off bus tour to everyone. The bus hits all the major sights and everything else is just a short walk away. And yes, when they say another bus shows up every fifteen minutes, it is true.

We were really glad we spread the Rome hop on off bus tour over 2 days as there was so much to see and our visit to the Pantheon was the highlight of our trip.

It made it so easy to decide at the last minute what to do and what to put off until day 2.

Excellent. We took it several times. It really gives one a feel for the city. You can find your way around easier after taking the tour.

We rode the bus two afternoons and learned so much. It was extremely hot, but the open air was refreshing. The stops were convenient, although we did not take advantage of this service. Ride was smooth, and the sound was excellent. Thank you.
