We truly enjoyed the Jewish Ghetto tour! It was more than what we expected in terms of the information that was provided by the tour guide. She was very relaxed and made the tour worth seeing. We would recommend this tour to everyone.

This tour was very interesting and covered a lot of issues that can be uncomfortable but essential to know about in my opinion. The guide was helpful and knowledgeable and made the information come alive. The good thing about this tour is that it is in the evening, started at 6pm and that meant it was cooler and you got see and experience the liveliness of the area in the evening and a most beautiful sunset over the Tiber. I would recommend doing this tour early in your stay and then you get the chance to go back to the Jewish quarter again, otherwise you just know it exists.

This tour is an absolute MUST, even if you are not Jewish. Our tour guide was absolutely AMAZING; her personal background was a blend of Italian and Jewish, and her passion was beyond words!!! This woman is an absolute jewel and a fount of incredible knowledge! It would be a big mistake to pass over this tour.

I never knew there was a Jewish Ghetto in Rome and found it very interesting. We also loved the Trastevere tour, and stopping to get the best hot chocolate I have ever had.

I had the same tour guide as on my Vatican tour, and she was awesome! This tour too is highly recommended. I learned a lot about the history of the Jews in Rome.

There were only about ten people on this tour, so it was very relaxed. It provided history and insight to a less-visited area of Rome. It was fabulous and the Trastevere area was quaint and offered a look at less traveled streets. You felt like you were with the locals. We would do it again!

Our tour guide was awesome and had great stories and facts to share. She catered to the interests of the group. She was studying both Roman art and archeology, so she was very knowledgeable. I would recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore an often forgotten side and area of Rome.

This tour provided us with an interesting perspective on a fascinating city. Trastevere and the Jewish ghetto are made up of small, windy streets where we may have gotten lost had we not had a tour guide to orient us. We felt it was really worth it to visit those areas of Rome.

We are history buffs and we still learned a tremendous amount about the Jews of Rome and the general history of the areas explored. Our leader was personable and articulate, and the group was an eclectic mix that made the trip even more interesting and fun.
