Once the early morning round of hotels was done, with all the formalities, the trip from Tel Aviv up the coast to Akko was wonderful, each site being a great pleasure. It was a varied and interesting day and the guide was well informed and helpful. The one drawback was the evening traffic back, around Tel Aviv, making it a very long 14hour day for me by the time I was returned to Jerusalem. Organizing a rendezvous outside the Tel Aviv busy area, to allow Jerusalem and Tel Aviv patrons to be returned separately to their hotels, would improve the day a lot. Overall, a great tour.

If ratings were based on just the guides I would give every trip I took in Israel 5 stars. But when you add in the disorganization of the local operator the ratings drop. Late morning pick-ups, confusion over who was going where, a woman who comes in to the room shouting names and never introduces herself or company ; not very professional in the operations. The actual tour is wonderful.

Maybe I should've realized that one day to see all of this would be an insane expectation but other reviews were promising.
I left from Jerusalem at 5:50am but we didn't actually start on the way to the first sight from Tel Aviv until about 8:30, since we waited around a lot for others. Our tour guide was knowledgeable but she talked way too much. And even though only 4/10 people spoke Spanish on the tour, she usually only spoke in Spanish until someone asked her to say it in English.
I prefer a tour that drops you off and lets you wander around, not one that hustles you through the sight but makes time for shopping at specific stores. This was not that.
You don't actually get a good view of the Ba'hai Gardens in this tour, or any other part of Haifa for that matter. In Acco, there is much to see but we wasted time by her talking too much at the entrance (instead of explaining in the bus) and guiding us into more stores and a horribly overpriced place for lunch.
All in all, if you're looking to "check off your list", then this is fine, but if you actually want to spend more than 5 seconds looking at something before being guided away with useless information, then I don't recommend this trip.
