We had a great experience booking this through Viator. Everything went smoothly, and we had such a memorable experience at the Falls. The Zimbabweans are so amazing considering how much difficulties their country is in. We weren't sure if we would be welcomed, or if there would be any issues given the political environment. But the worries were for naught, the people were incredibly welcoming, and the experience was simply incredible. Victoria Falls are simply stunning.

This tour is fantastic! Victoria Falls are something incredible, and the game is prolific in Chobe. Definitely worth doing.
Overall, an excellent package and accurate, flawless service from Viator and its local partners. Highlights your ground vendor in Zimbabwe Wild Horizons, and their coordinate partners in Zambia and Botswana executed perfectly. The personnel were polite, friendly and helpful. All of our complex transfers were spot on time all reservations were accurate, and accommodations were above expectation. Lowlights Tourist flow through Zim is still a bit thin. The wonderful old Vic Falls Hotel was full of charm, but not people. If I were to do this again, I'd opt for a livelier stay on the Zambia side at the Royal Livingstone or the Zambezi Sun. On the other hand, your choice for us of the Chobe Chilwero Lodge in Botswana was just perfect. Lowest light The Victoria Falls Airport is about the worst I've seen anywhere in the world. A profound failure of logic, customer service and creature comforts....none of this, of course, Viator's fault. Net...kudos all around for Viator, with a suggestion that you add a mirror version of this trip that starts in Zam rather than Zim.
