Gold Pouring at Gold Reef City Theme Park and Casino
Drive south to Gold Reef City, Johannesburg's primary theme park and casino. Fun rides include a trip on a sight seeing train, run-away train and a host of other exhilarating rides.
Descend 720 feet (220 meters) down a Gold Mine shaft (children under 5 years old not permitted) to level 5 underground for a guided tour, watch a 27 pound (12.5 Kilogram) gold pour, visit the mine manager's house and be entertained by the Siyagida Dancers.
